Atticus is not growing well. Doctors are concerned. Considering amnio to help make decisions. Other concerns are a virus or part of the placenta is not functioning. Most likely looking at steriod shots in 3 weeks and early delivery. Complete bedrest on my side.
Very upset. Consultation with another doctor tomorrow.
Please let my babies be ok.

Marissa- Praying for you and the boys. I pray the Dr has the Lords guidance and makes all the right moves for Atticus to be in the best care possible!
Oh God! i am so sorry to hear that. Little Atticus is the baby whose placenta was covering the cervix at first right? Atticus be strong baby! You can make it! He can make it!!!!
Oh, Marissa, I'm so very sorry to hear that. I've been musing a lot about preemies due to spending so much time in their company over the past two weeks, but I was hoping so much that your twins would stay in there to gestate for a good while longer.
Atticus is baby A, right? Is it possible for them to deliver him early if needed for his intrauterine growth restriction, but to leave Damien gestating longer? I know delayed interval deliveries aren't exactly routine, but it has always seemed sensible to me in a situation where one baby needs to come out but the other one would benefit from more time in utero.
I'm sending my fervent wishes that Atticus is healthy and just small, and also that his placenta gets with the program, and that you can keep him safe in there as long as possible.
